Family Practice Team
Emily Beaulieu
RN, APRN, CDE
Emily graduated from the University of New Hampshire in May 2000. She is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Diabetes Educator. She provides healthcare for the whole family with an emphasis on prevention and education. She specializes in the education and treatment of patients living with diabetes. Medical work in Haiti rounds out her very busy life.

Cynthia has been with Saco River Medical Group since 2013 and is a longtime resident of the Valley, residing in Conway since 1981. She graduated with a BSN from the University of New Hampshire and completed the Acute Care/ Primary Care nurse practitioner program at Northeastern University in Boston. Cynthia works in Adult Internal Medicine with a special interest in cardiac patients, and enjoys helping people lead healthier lives while treating a variety of conditions. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys gardening, knitting and being with her grandchildren.

Sarah Duplinsky
APRN
Sarah joined Saco River Medical Group in 2013 and began working Per Diem in the Walk-In Clinic until eventually moving into Family Practice. She studied animal science at the University of New Hampshire, followed by her MSN program at the University of Southern Maine. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Sarah is motivated by providing for her patients, building lasting relationships, and continuously learning and improving her practice. She is passionate about the rewarding impact her job entails and enjoys working alongside her colleagues that share the same investment into the care of their patients. Sarah enjoys spending time and being active with her husband and two sons, James and Austin.
Meredith Perry is a Mount Washington Valley native and a very experienced nurse practitioner. She completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Women’s Health NP at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She recently completed her Post Masters certificate in Family Medicine at the University of Southern Maine. She continues to be a member of the Air Force Reserve as a combat and trauma flight nurse. She currently holds the current rank of Major. When not helping patients, Meridith enjoys skiing, tennis and working on restoring her historic home.

Christopher Palentchar
PA-C
Chris Palentchar, PA-C completed his master’s in physician assistant studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in December 2018. Before completing his PA program, Chris worked as a part of our clinical support staff. He rejoins our team at Saco River Medical Group as a family practice provider and in the walk-in clinic. Chris believes in comprehensive care of the whole person. When not practicing, Chris can be found on the hiking trails or ski mountain. Chris lives locally with his wife and daughter.
Nicole Stanley

Nicole Stanley, Family Nurse Practitioner, joined Saco River Medical Group in April of 2019. Originally from Northwood, NH, Nicole spent 11 years in Florida where she completed her undergraduate and master’s degree at the University of South Florida, before returning back to the valley in 2016. Nicole is invested in the care she provides for others, educating her patients and advocating for healthier lifestyles. In order for people to be proactive in their health and improve their quality of life, she believes her role as a clinical nurse practitioner involves being a primary caregiver as well as an educational leader. When she’s not providing healthcare, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and young daughter.
