Advance Care Planning
Planning and completing an Advance Care Directive will give you a chance in making medical decisions for if you ever become unable to understand or speak for yourself. This can give you and your family or caregivers a peace of mind as it will allow them to understand and follow your wishes about your medical care when the time comes.
Joan Lanoie is a certified Advanced Care Planning Facilitator and has assisted folks in the preparation of Advance Directives and Living Wills for over 8 years.
As a former Prepared Child birth Educator, she believes strongly in preparing for life’s changes and has now come full circle in helping folks address the importance of advance care planning as they and their families prepare for what lies ahead.
Joan meets with patients at our Conway location on a weekly basis.
