Judith Brewster
PA-C
Judith has been with Saco River Medical Group since 2000, working in our Walk-In Clinic and providing urgent care and occupational health to our community and visitors. Judith graduated from Dickinson College in 1986 with a BS in Biology and Chemistry, then George Washington University in 1992 where she received her BS in Health Science and PA certificate. Prior to coming to the Mount Washington Valley with her family in 1998, Judith started her career in emergency/ urgent care in Baltimore. When she’s not dedicating her time to providing for other, Judith enjoys vacationing with her family and college friends, being outdoors with her Rottweiler and spending time with her husband, two daughters and granddaughter.
Frank Hubbell
DO
Frank is a third-generation Conway native who practices in the urgent care center when he is not directing SOLO, the largest wilderness and pre-hospital emergency care educational program in the world. After founding SOLO in 1974, Dr. Hubbell attended osteopathic school at the University of New England and interned in Portland, Maine before returning to our community. At SRMG, Dr. Hubbell provides Walk-In care and osteopathic manipulation in our Spine Center. He also works to develop health care in several African countries.


Frank Hubbell

Sarah Duplinsky
APRN
Sarah joined Saco River Medical Group in 2013 and began working Per Diem in the Walk-In Clinic until eventually moving into Family Practice. She studied animal science at the University of New Hampshire, followed by her MSN program at the University of Southern Maine. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Sarah is motivated by providing for her patients, building lasting relationships, and continuously learning and improving her practice. She is passionate about the rewarding impact her job entails and enjoys working alongside her colleagues that share the same investment into the care of their patients. Sarah enjoys spending time and being active with her husband and two sons, James and Austin.
Nelle Killourie
PA-C
Nelle Killourie, PA-C joined Saco River Medical Group’s walk-in team in 2018. She completed her BS in Biological Studies at Clemson University in 1995 and the Physician Assistant program at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2004. Nelle is from all over the U.S. but came to NH after college and has lived in the Mount Washington Valley for over 20 years. Outside of Saco River Medical Group, Nelle enjoys being active in Nordic skiing, CrossFit, snow shoeing, hiking and open water swimming.

Valerie Smith
ARNP, FNP, BC
Valerie is a AACN board certified family nurse practitioner recently joining our award wining team of providers at SRMG Walk In Clinic. She received her BSN from UNH in 2010 and is a Sigma Theta Tau honor society MSN graduate of the Rivier University Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2022.
She is trained in managing patients health conditions by treating injuries and illnesses, as well as supporting acute and chronic disease management and disease prevention. Valerie brings over 20 years of serving as a RN in the healthcare community of the Mount Washington Valley that includes cardiac/
medical intensive care, trauma and surgical specialties.
As an advanced practitioner, working with all ages, she has keen assessment skills with a holistic approach to meet patients where they are and partner with them in their health care decisions. Valerie is very excited to be able to live and work in such a beautiful place that she calls home. She loves to spend time with her adult children and grand dogs. You may find her fly fishing in the Saco, pedaling on a mountain bike trail or snowshoeing to seek a peak as she enjoys all things outdoors.
