Meredith Perry prepares for active duty deployment overseas

A note from Saco River Medical Group regarding Meredith Perry, APRN: Meredith will be taking a temporary leave from the practice as she prepares for an active duty deployment overseas in late September. She will also be taking some personal time prior to her deployment and is expected to return in Late May. During her time away, our providers and care team will continue to support Meredith’s patients and coordinate care within the practice. Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible and ensure patients continue to have access to the care they need. We are incredibly proud to support Meredith as she serves our country and are grateful for her dedication and service. We look forward to welcoming her back to SRMG upon her return.
